What happens in the first session?
The first session involves completing intake and contracting forms. This typically takes around 20 minutes, and sometimes longer for young people. It also gives us time to get to know each other and agree how we will work together.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are 50 minutes long.
How much does a session cost?
A 50-minute counselling or psychotherapy session is €70.
Do you offer a free initial chat?
Yes. I offer a free 15-minute initial chat if you would like to ask questions or see whether the support feels right for you.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. I offer both in-person and online sessions.
Do you work with all age groups?
I work with adults, pre-teens and adolescents.
Do you offer homeopathy?
I offer counselling and psychotherapy services. If required, homeopathy may be offered as a support alongside counselling, with no additional charge.
Do you offer a block booking discount?
Yes. A block of six sessions can be paid upfront for €380, which is a saving of €40.

Is what I say confidential?
Yes. Sessions are confidential and held in a safe, respectful space. There are some legal and ethical limits to confidentiality, which will be explained as part of the contracting process.
What if I need to cancel or change an appointment?
If you need to cancel or rearrange, please get in touch as soon as possible. The cancellation policy can be explained when booking or during the first session.
Will I receive information before my first session?
Yes. New clients can receive an information email explaining how sessions work, what to expect, where to wait, and other practical details about the practice.
